Assistant Store Manager responsible for leading a fast-paced retail operation at NAPA, delivering a superior customer service experience, driving store growth and profitability, providing daily leadership to a team, training and coaching crew members, managing store operations, inventory protection, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the store and delivery vehicles. Role emphasizes building customer relationships, executing store initiatives, and supporting the store manager to achieve sales/service outcomes while upholding company standards and programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or willingness to learn all things automotive
- Ability to lift 60lbs in some situations
