Assistant Store Manager (E. Lakeview Rd.)

Oversee daily operations of donated merchandise and supervise the store team (Shift Leaders and Store Associates) to meet agency financial and service standards. Responsibilities include budgeting and expense control, hiring/training/evaluating staff, enforcing agency SOPs and safety policies, delivering excellent customer service to donors and shoppers, addressing complaints, maintaining store appearance and records, conducting monthly staff meetings, and processing daily reports. Must handle cash operations, balance drawers, and support sales of donated items. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to a changing environment; CPR and First Aid certifications are part of required knowledge.
