Job Summary
Supervise store and warehouse operations, including opening/closing protocols, merchandising, and receiving donations. Train, coach, and manage all team members while ensuring company policies are followed. Oversee customer service, returns, and sales to meet net revenue goals. Manage staffing, scheduling, and supply ordering to maintain effective production and sales flow. Complete safety tests, online training, and task outlines. Maintain 24/7 availability for alarm codes and fluctuating hours Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- two years of management experience
- Three years of management experience
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment
- Cash handling experience
- Warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid Driver's License
- Available to work any shift Monday through Sunday
