Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by assisting with functions, organizing merchandise transfers, and maintaining seasonal displays. Execute opening and closing procedures, process corporate directives, and manage inventory ordering while ensuring loss prevention and asset security. Supervise and develop Store Associates through training, enforce safety policies, and maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom. Provide positive customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns while adhering to all company standards. Ensure a respectful environment for associates and customers, handling tasks such as restocking bathrooms and managing cash registers.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment
