Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Serv-U-Success in Avon, OH. Full-time, day shift. Travels to stores within a defined territory to perform duties and acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsible for merchandising across categories, maintaining dry grocery shelf availability and in-store presentation, assessing store status (signage, holes, shelf condition), and deploying resources within planned budgets. Supports staffing and prioritization of work, assists in scheduling resources, and maintains a clean, efficient backroom with receipt, put-away, and issue of products. Mentions mentoring and training less experienced associates, and opportunities for growth to Store Manager. Requires high school diploma or GED, 2-5 years in service with supervisory experience, open availability including weekends/holidays, and may require travel to other locations. Ability to utilize technology and comply with company policies is expected, with benefits offered for full-time employment.
