Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI Dalyellup, you will help run a multi-million-dollar store, drive sales, and lead and coach the team to perform at their best. You’ll rost er and report on store operations, manage stock and minimise losses, ensure safety and cleanliness, and work alongside your team on registers, shelf-fill, and merchandising. You’ll identify opportunities for improvement, step in to run the store when the Store Manager is on leave, and contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused environment. Key duties include team development, delivering top-notch customer service, inventory management, and proactive leadership to achieve store results.
