Assistant Store Manager - Daly City

Assist Store Manager in growing the company brand by delivering best-in-class service and building a sales- and service-focused culture. Lead and develop a sales-focused team, recruit and train staff, manage payroll, inventory, and merchandising, handle vendor relationships, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Requires 1-3 years of work experience with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
