Assistant Store Manager

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M. service model and actively champion a positive team culture through shared feedback and core values. Assist with daily retail operations including consumer service, POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, and maintaining store cleanliness. Oversee store-wide tasks in partnership with the Store Manager by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing duties to ensure smooth execution. Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product launches and initiatives to elevate the customer connection. Adhere to all policies including asset protection, inventory control, and compliance. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of eight hours on your feet per shift.
