Job Summary
Lead by example on the sales floor, modeling storytelling and authentic guest experiences while coaching the team to drive results. Oversee daily operations including scheduling, floor coverage, inventory, and visual merchandising, and serve as a point person for store leadership during the Store Manager's absence. Train and mentor new Guides, manage KPIs and sales goals with a mission-first mindset, and contribute to local engagement efforts such as events, partnerships, and volunteer initiatives. This role requires 1-3 years of retail experience, flexibility with scheduling including holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail experience
- Ideally in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager capacity
- A strong sense of ownership
- Commitment to developing people
- An adaptable mindset
- Readiness to pivot and problem-solve in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with operational tools (POS, scheduling, inventory systems)
- Confidence leading the floor
- Ability to give feedback
- Ability to manage priorities
- Flexibility with scheduling to support the team and business needs including holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on your feet
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
