Job Summary
Lead and manage all day-to-day operational activities of the Heraklion store, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while monitoring productivity to achieve targeted KPIs. Maintain exceptional service experiences by fostering client relationships, implementing clienteling initiatives, and securing customer loyalty. Train, mentor, and motivate the team, ensuring they are informed about product knowledge, policies, and procedures while promoting an entrepreneurial spirit. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting to build team capabilities. As part of the Cosmos Sport network, which is the No.1 online sports shop in Greece and sells global brands like Nike and Adidas, this role drives strategy for the 100+ physical and digital locations.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of managing a standalone retail store (or Department Store floor)
- Excellent use of English language and computer skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Leadership skills and business orientation
- Excellent communicator, with a positive, open and progressive, energetic, motivating, personal style
- Customer service orientation with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Passion for sports and fashion
- Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
