Assistant Store Manager

Oversee daily store operations, staff supervision, and customer service while assisting the Store Manager with inventory management, merchandising, and donation intake coordination. Train and mentor team members and volunteers, manage store opening and closing procedures, and monitor sales performance to achieve store goals. Step into the Store Manager role and other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
