Required Qualifications

- Experience as a Key Holder, including being available for emergency call outs and securing cash and stock
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues; provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safety instructions
- Experience developing others, setting and communicating clear expectations, and motivating teams
- Strong planning and organizational skills; experience with resourcing planning and scheduling
- Ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve commercial performance
