Job Summary
Manage the store's team and overall success by holding Sales Associates accountable for sales goals through friendly, enthusiastic customer service. Maintain strong product knowledge to provide in-depth information on features and benefits, while assisting with all store operations including opening/closing procedures, returns, special orders, and task division. Lead the sales team by training, demonstrating ownership of store presentation through cleaning and merchandising, and staying updated on brand events. Earn an hourly base rate plus uncapped tiered commission based on meeting sales goals, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, accident, paid time off, 401K, and DailyPay. Requires 2+ years in sales management and product sales, ideally in specialty retail, with experience leading teams and using POS systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years+ sales management, product sales, customer service experience
- Experience with leading, coaching, mentoring, and/or teaching a team
- Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)
- A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
- An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
