Job Summary
Maximize customer success by offering financial services, assessing risk on transactions, and accurately processing loan, pawn, and check cashing applications. Lead daily call campaigns to build new business while overseeing account management and recovery processes to prevent charge-offs. Maintain customer information in the POS system with integrity and provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives on quality standards and safety procedures. Perform duties outside the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing events. Ensure compliance with policies and laws by conducting store audits, compiling financial data, and maintaining office security protocols for vault and cash drawer management. Monitor store appearance and cleanliness while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet performance standards. Maintain a full-time schedule with regular, in-person attendance including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
- A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
