Job Summary
Maximize customer success by offering financial services, assessing transaction risk, and accurately processing loan, pawn, and check-cashing applications. Lead daily call campaigns to build new business and nurture relationships, while overseeing account management and recovery processes to prevent losses. Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives, maintain POS data integrity, and conduct store audits to ensure compliance with policies and laws. Manage office security protocols, vault operations, and facility cleanliness, plus perform on-site vehicle appraisals and external marketing tasks. Maintain a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including weekends, while meeting performance standards in a rapidly changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Background check required.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
- Must maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends.
- Must be able to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries.
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
