Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at TitleMax in Houston, responsible for supporting customers with financial services, driving account management and risk management, and developing leadership skills through hands-on store operations, coaching, and performance-driven growth. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with POS system, Microsoft Office, and related computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Background check required
- Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds)
