Job Summary
Assist customers with financial services offerings and help run the store; responsibilities include maximizing customer success by offering financial services, overseeing account management and recovery processes, conducting daily call campaigns to market services, maintaining accurate customer data in the POS system, coaching and developing Customer Service Representatives, performing on-site store tasks and community events, ensuring store security and compliance, and maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient store environment with full-time in-person attendance.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
- Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
