Job Summary
Assist Store Manager by supporting customer service and sales initiatives, leading store operations, and providing supervision to team members. Responsibilities include managing account activity and risk, completing loan/pawn applications and check-cashing transactions, executing daily outreach campaigns, maintaining POS data integrity, coaching Customer Service Representatives, conducting on-site store tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Requires strong communication skills, familiarity with POS and Microsoft Office, ability to handle physical tasks, and a full-time in-store schedule; prior supervisory experience and leadership potential are valued, with growth opportunities across multiple brand locations.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
- Background check required
