Job Summary
Assist in running store operations and drive customer success by offering financial services, leading customer service, supervision, and account management. Responsibilities include overseeing risk assessment of financial transactions, processing loan/pawn and check cashing activities, conducting daily call campaigns for business development, coaching and developing Customer Service Representatives, maintaining POS data integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws, performing store audits and financial reporting, and participating in community/events to promote brand recognition. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in customer service/sales/retail, 3+ months leadership experience, strong communication, proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office, valid driver's license, and successful background check.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
- Background check required.
