Job Summary
Assist Store Manager by leading daily store operations, driving customer service and sales, overseeing account management and risk processes, providing supervision and coaching to Customer Service Representatives, ensuring compliance and security, and supporting on-site duties including store audits, marketing, and community events. Key responsibilities include managing loan/pawn processing, check cashing, and POS data integrity, conducting briefings and training, maintaining a professional store environment, and coordinating with leadership to meet performance standards and promote growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Background check required.
