Assistant Store Manager

Assist Store Manager to ensure effective store operations, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Serve as a positive leader to guide and develop store staff, provide coaching and training, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsible for executing plans to enhance employee productivity and performance, interviewing and onboarding, coaching, and day-to-day issue resolution, and maintaining inventory levels and efficient replenishment. Collaborate with the Store Manager to address safety, training, and personnel development, while delivering memorable customer experiences aligned with the brand mission.
