Job Summary
Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for loans, check cashing, and Net Spend. Answer telephone inquiries regarding applications and requests, while performing outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls. Handle and count currency, manage cash drawers, and process bank deposits or pick-ups. Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies. Escalate unresolved issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, or corporate office. Validate customer information and diffuse complaints using active listening skills. Complete compliance trainings and adhere to federal regulations and company policies. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel across assigned districts, including overnight trips as needed. Work assigned shifts in a retail environment requiring extensive standing and cash handling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling
- Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure
- Must maintain a valid Driver's License
- Must maintain valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district with personal vehicle
- Must be able to travel to neighboring districts
- Must require overnight travel
- Must work assigned shifts as scheduled
