Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager position with Check N Go/CNG Holdings family. Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, educating customers on product portfolio, handling cash and banking responsibilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and meeting sales and service targets. Duties include presenting product options, escalating issues to store manager and district leadership, answering inquiries, outbound sales and collections compliant with federal regulations, handling currency and deposits, balancing cash, processing transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend), completing compliance trainings, and traveling within the district as needed. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of sales/customer service/cash handling experience preferred, strong communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills, and reliable personal transportation with valid license and insurance. Must embody company values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency, and focus; willingness to work shifts and travel to multiple stores within the district.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred
- Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment
- Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver's license and automobile insurance
