Assistant Store Manager - Clothing

Oversee the Clothing department and lead the Clothing team to drive sales, ensure merchandising standards, and optimize store operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing qualified team members; coaching for retention and growth; managing inventory pricing and maintenance; planning and executing goals and action plans to achieve sales results; building product knowledge across the department and providing training; maintaining signage for promotions and vendor assets; ensuring a safe, organized store environment; and collaborating with the store management team to deliver excellent customer service and store appearance.
