Job Summary
Lead the retail team and drive daily operations by supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the store meets performance goals. Step in wherever needed to maintain smooth store functions and support the Store Manager in executing KPIs. Maintain strong communication with the team while utilizing POS systems and Microsoft Office tools to handle tasks. Work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays within a fast-paced environment. Join Clarks, a shoe brand with over 200 years of history, to bring positive energy to the store.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred
- Comfortable in driving KPI's and results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Strong communication and Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
