Job Summary
Analyze sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs, then execute in-store sales strategies with the Store Manager. Control payroll and supply budgets while overseeing scheduling, inventory audits, and merchandise flow processes. Manage cash handling, register transactions, and price changes in accordance with policy, ensuring compliance with loss prevention and operating procedures. Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, MAPS service principles, and selling techniques to meet assigned goals. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team, resolving human resources issues, and driving engagement through recognition. Maintain visual presentation, organization, and facility standards while ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in all areas of sales and leadership
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership qualities, training and team building skills
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Able to communicate with customers and staff
- Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management experience preferred
