Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supporting Store Manager in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where brand values guide all store operations. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, asset protection, and human resources functions to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. Duties also cover scheduling, payroll accuracy, inventory control, shrink audits, cash handling, merchandise flow, visual presentation, training and coaching of selling teams, and maintaining MAPS standards to deliver an omni-channel customer experience. The role emphasizes leading a high-performing team, communicating performance expectations, and driving sales and productivity goals across the store.
