Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including supervising sales and service delivery, scheduling and payroll accuracy, inventory receipt and replenishment, asset protection, and HR-related tasks. Lead and train associates, model effective sales techniques, coach performance, and ensure visual merchandising standards and store appearance meet brand expectations. Drive customer service excellence, handle cash and POS transactions, manage KPI reporting, and support compliance with company policies. Travel to district stores as needed and contribute to staffing, coaching, and development to maximize profitability and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Minimum 3 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Able to travel to stores throughout the district
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Operate register, lift and carry 50 pounds, hand/fold merchandise
