Assistant Store Manager

Support daily retail and salon operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience while leading by example to coach and motivate team members toward sales and service goals. Build strong customer relationships for loyalty and assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and appointment bookings. Maintain a clean, well-stocked salon meeting Chatters' standards and share product knowledge to support team training and onboarding. Step in as a leader when needed to solve problems and make decisions impacting customers and staff. Requires at least one year of retail leadership experience, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and comfort using POS systems. Starting hourly wage is $16.00 with sales incentives, discounts, and access to regional and national education opportunities.
