Assistant Store Manager

Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs and assess risk of financial transactions to accurately process loan, pawn, and check cashing applications. Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships while overseeing account management and recovery processes. Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity, providing support and coaching to Customer Service Representatives. Perform duties outside the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing, while maintaining office security protocols and conducting proper opening and closing procedures. Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services. Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment to handle multiple challenging tasks while meeting performance standards and ensuring compliance with Company policies and local, state, and federal laws. Conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to further ensure compliance. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
