Job Summary
Maximize customer success by offering financial services and assessing risk on loan, pawn, and check-cashing applications. Complete daily call campaigns to build new business and nurture relationships, while overseeing account management and recovery processes. Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives. Perform duties outside the office including on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing events. Maintain office security protocols, conduct store audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and local laws. Work a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including weekends, in a rapidly changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Must be available for weekends
- Full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
