Assistant Store Manager

Execute workforce management to ensure genuine customer focus on the sales floor, welcoming guests with warm greetings and assisting with product styles, features, and benefits. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment while consistently modeling service standards and coaching others to success. Analyze business results, communicate Key Performance Indicators, and take necessary action to improve outcomes. Assist in building and retaining a successful team through recruiting, hiring, training, and development, while partnering on merchandising standards, promotional planning, and markdown execution. Reduce loss through operational controls and credit programs. Minimum of one year of retail management experience required, with availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
