Job Summary
Execute workforce management to ensure genuine customer focus on the sales floor, welcoming guests with warm greetings and assisting with product styles and benefits. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment while modeling service standards and coaching others to success. Effectively analyze business results by communicating and driving Key Performance Indicators with the team, then assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store staff. Plan, track, and report on merchandising standards, promotional planning, and markdown execution to improve results. Recognize exceptional performance and redirect employees when needed, while reducing loss through consistent operational controls. Requires minimum of one year retail management experience, availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and ability to lift 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week
