Job Summary
Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor while welcoming shoppers and providing assistance with product styles and features. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers by consistently modeling service standards and coaching others to success. Effectively analyze business results to improve performance by communicating and driving Key Performance Indicators with the team. Assist the Store Manager in building and retaining a successful team through recruiting, hiring, training, and development, while reducing loss through operational controls. Plan, track, and report on task completion and financial results using company tools. Partner with management to execute merchandising standards, promotional planning, and markdown execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week
