Job Summary
Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor, welcoming guests with warm greetings and assisting with product styles and features. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment while consistently modeling service standards and coaching others to success. Analyze business results to improve performance by communicating and driving Key Performance Indicators with the team, and build loyalty through company-sponsored programs. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing store team members, while planning merchandising standards, promotional activities, and markdown execution. Reduce loss through consistent operational controls and report on task completion and financial results using company tools. Requires minimum of one year of retail management experience, proficiency in Outlook and Excel, and availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week
