Assistant Store Manager - Carrefour Laval

Manage day-to-day store operations to meet sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning and expense control. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing Team Members while ensuring consistent brand values and service standards. Direct the execution of in-store programs, policies, and seasonal initiatives across business, operations, and customer service areas. Resolve guest escalations, address emergent issues, and maintain compliance with Health and Safety Standards. Cooperate on developing action plans to achieve store objectives and timelines.
