Job Summary
Lead daily store operations by managing stock, minimizing losses, and maintaining top-notch safety and cleanliness standards. Train and coach team members to develop future leaders while working alongside staff on registers, filling shelves, and merchandising special buys. Identify opportunities for improvement and step in to run the store when the Store Manager is on leave. Support the leadership team in achieving store results through motivating teammates and ensuring ALDI policies are executed independently. This role offers a flexible rotating roster including weekends and early mornings, with market-leading remuneration of $108,999.07 to $115,367.62 per year. Comprehensive retail leadership training begins on day one, and you will join a company committed to sustainability and community impact.
