Job Summary
Manage day-to-day retail operations at the store location by motivating team members, supporting the Store Manager, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Track daily sales, perform inventory audits, and execute opening and closing procedures while maintaining a stocked, clean sales floor. Resolve team conflicts, implement feedback-driven changes to improve the customer experience, and coordinate with leadership for monthly reconciliations. Handle expired product disposal and verify wholesale deliveries against invoices. Work nights, holidays, and weekends in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- CannSell license from AGCO
- Clean Criminal Background check
- 4-5+ years of retail management experience in retail
- Possess or Ability to obtain Cannabis Retail Manager License from AGCO by given personal disclosure and details to AGCO within the first month of employment
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience managing in a Unionized environment
- Sound knowledge of Cannabis plants and different strains of Cannabis
- Knowledge of standards of Cannabis Retail stores set by AGCO
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to retail Cannabis
- Must successfully pass an extensive background check
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends and different locations
