Assistant Store Manager - Canby, MN

Direct and coordinate merchandising of products, set priorities for distribution of new merchandise, and ensure adequate inventory in all areas. Manage overall sales and expenses at the assigned retail store while providing the highest level of customer service for purchases, returns, special orders, and complaints. Delegate authority to managerial personnel and ensure safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers. Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of product needs and information throughout the store. This role requires a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and a rotating weekend/holiday schedule.
