Job Summary
Assist in leading daily store operations at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota in Cambridge, MN to maximize donations, sales and revenues. Provide leadership and guidance to create a store environment focused on customer service and employee satisfaction, while executing store operations within guidelines. Supervise and develop store personnel, recruit quality individuals, manage multiple projects, ensure safety and a welcoming environment, and contribute to community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
