Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager sought to lead training, coaching, and customer-service operations at a state-of-the-art express tunnel car wash. Responsible for training and developing staff, resolving customer questions or complaints, communicating company goals to branch staff, and driving location growth. Requires at least two years of customer service management experience, ability to develop and train teams, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Full-time role with starting pay of $14.00 per hour plus bonuses and benefits, including health, vision, dental, 401K, paid time off, and employee assistance programs.
