Job Summary
Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager responsible for a mix of sales, merchandising and store-operations tasks, leading Teammates, recruiting and developing staff, and acting as Store Manager in their absence. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, providing legendary service, recommending and locating merchandise, executing sales goals, coaching Teammates, leading recruiting and training, and overseeing visual merchandising and operational duties. Leadership focus includes driving customer experience, maintaining standards, and collaborating with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to achieve store performance goals. Requires high school diploma or GED (or equivalent retail experience) and can include relocation if needed; role is Full-time with on-site duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
