Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
Greet guests with an engaging attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to drive personal sales and achieve store goals. Lead by example in the front five, sales floor, fitting rooms, and registers while maintaining visual standards and executing zone ownership projects. Train and coach new teammates on sales presentations, loss prevention, and daily tasks, assisting the Store Manager in recruitment and staffing needs. Manage opening and closing checklists, handle emergencies in the Store Manager's absence, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and shoppable. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
