Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role overseeing sales generation, guest service, teammate recruiting and development, and training while acting as Store Manager in their absence. Responsibilities span leading sales efforts, merchandising, store operations, and staff development; includes coaching Teammates, maintaining SPG adherence, utilizing POS procedures, and ensuring security and loss-prevention practices. Requires leadership presence, ability to recruit and train new Teammates, and strong customer service delivery. Education option includes a high school diploma or GED; role is full-time and includes growth from the AIT position with expanded duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
