Job Summary

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs. Lead by example in sales presentations, maintain visual standards across store zones, and ensure the sales floor is consistently sized and displayed. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting new Teammates, training current staff, and executing daily opening and closing checklists. Monitor inventory levels, handle loss prevention situations, and cover shifts as needed, including travel to other stores within the district.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to three months related retail experience
or training
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
