Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to create a wardrobing experience. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining personal sales-per-hour targets, utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily, and building client-based business relationships. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting new Teammates, conducting daily interviews, and coaching staff on sales presentation standards and visual merchandising. Manage visual standards across store zones, execute markdowns and pulls, and ensure the sales floor remains clean and shoppable. Handle loss prevention tasks such as bag checks, navigate Point of Sale procedures, and address security risks immediately. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, while acting as the Store Manager's representative during their absence.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to effectively understand and show the merchandise of both the Gals and Guys' sides to benefit the Team and Guests
- Ability to identify and follow through on all Teammate training needs
- Ability to foresee and anticipate changes in product and act independently to improve overall visual results
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to recognize recruiting opportunities by utilizing Jobs & Careers cards, email referrals and Teammate Recommend
- Ability to effectively understand and show the merchandise of both the Gals and Guys' sides to benefit the Team and Guests
