Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in supervising all store areas, leading the team to drive commercial performance, and assuming full responsibility for the store during absences. Manage recruitment and selection, plan workforce resources for seasonality, and coordinate training on loss prevention and complaint management. Oversee product compliance, stock control, and visual merchandising standards while monitoring inventory discrepancies. Develop the Clienteling strategy, manage CRM data, and handle transactions and returns to ensure an efficient customer experience. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand image.
