Job Summary
Schedule and manage the store's team to meet business needs, creating a supportive and collaborative work environment. Execute visual merchandising in the store, attend weekly leadership meetings, and participate in regular walkthroughs. Assist in leading team meetings, trainings, and hiring processes while collaborating with the Store Manager to execute events, promotions, and strategic changes. Track necessary statistics, compile monthly reporting, and help with volunteer involvement and donation processing. Provide visionary leadership by setting a positive example and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through efficient point-of-sale operations, greeting, and merchandising. Foster a culture of human flourishing among team members and volunteers while living in alignment with PB414's vision and values.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team, volunteers, and customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Leadership and team management experience, including training and developing team members.
- Previous retail experience with a keen eye for fashion trends and visual aesthetics.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.

- Be available for 20-28 hours each week and a minimum of 3 Saturdays per month.
