Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at Diptyque on Bleecker Street leads by example in delivering luxury client experiences, supports the Store Manager, and develops the team to prepare for future store leadership. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, CRM participation, store operations, inventory and merchandising, and brand stewardship while fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment and maintaining compliance with safety and confidentiality.
