Job Summary
Collaborate with the Assets Protection team to investigate incidents involving company assets, equipment, and personnel, ensuring appropriate measures follow investigation outcomes. Lead and inspire the team by delegating daily tasks, conducting performance assessments, and providing coaching to supervisors and team members. Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory levels across all merchandise categories. Oversee donations to ensure adherence to safety protocols, security measures, and state regulations while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Analyze sales performance to identify improvement areas and implement strategies to boost revenue, supporting the Store Manager in executing promotional activities and special events.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to relocate within Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia or surrounding states.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 15 or more.
- Must be able to pass a background check, MVR check and drug screen.
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and have access to reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with the full range of motion including bending, lifting, and twisting, pulling, and pushing.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual preferred.
